This makes no kind of sense whatsoever. I love tricks like these.
The homey Casey linked up with the other homies Thurz & Y-O for an interview at their Neumos show the other day in Seattle. Homies everywhere!
Look out for the A Love Supreme documentary to drop soon, narrated by yours truly…
Ok, I’ve given Jimmy Fallon a rough time since his show came on the air, but “this ish right herrrrrrrrrrrrre?” This is great.
The new Canon 7D camera apparently shoots incredible video. Peep this clip from aspiring filmmaker Brandon Moza walking around Vancouver, set to Radiohead’s “Go Slowly.”
It’ll cost you a pretty penny…emphasis on the pretty.
Hilarious. Shout to my coworkers for putting me on to this one and the series in general.
I don’t know why I love this as much as I do.
This dude is so ill on the drums. Ridiculous. Download link courtesy of the Dopehouse.
Drake ft. Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem – “Forever (Travis Barker Remix)”
Oh, and for the record: after further inspection, Lil Wayne remains thoroughly outclassed on this track.
The homey Kosha Dillz came through the station recently while he was out on tour with the RZA. You know we couldn’t let him leave before he kicked a little freestyle in the KUBE 93 parking lot.
Kosha will be joining us in the studio on this week’s SNSS as the road warrior himself is back in Seattle. I’m predicting another dope free off the dome…
*Speechless*
This was the best concert I’ve ever been too and with everything going on that day (girl was in town, chilling with N.E.R.D., catching up with Lupe, etc.), it was probably one of my favorite days ever. Ah, memories.
Someone buy me this book for Christmas. Kthxbye.
From the homey G:
This is some old footage from Shad’s 2006 performance at the Beats, Breaks & Culture festival. He was opening up for Cadence Weapon in the Brigantine Room at Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre. There were some technical difficulties with the decks in the middle of the performance, so Shad dropped a free, and I started handing him stuff that I found by the stage.
I love ish like this. Reminds me of simpler times.
