“I thought you left!”
I can’t get enough of Henri and his growing disillusionment with the world. Here’s video three, another masterpiece. If you missed the first two, click here. From the looks of the credits, Henri calls Seattle his home. Makes sense.
No idea what this has to do with Volkswagon, other than that they’ve used Star Wars brilliantly in the past, but I guess we’ll find out during their Super Bowl commercial. Side note: it’s absolutely absurd that the NFL has trademarked “Super Bowl” so companies have to use synonyms like “Big Game” or “Game Day.”
If you missed part one, peep it here.
Just remember: “That poor dog needs water!”
If you’re not following @shitgirlssay on Twitter, you’re missing the most authentic archived collection of information on the World Wide Web. I’ve never read anything more accurate in my life and I can only hope they continue to put visuals to the greatness that is SGS.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall was on last night and since it’s one of my all-time favorite movies, of course I had to watch it. I remember when it first came out, I stumbled across the bloopers on YouTube, which then linked over to these 2 audition videos for Russell Brand and Kristen Bell. I believe this was Brand’s first big American role and he couldn’t have picked one better. He essentially was Aldous Snow. You can see how his natural improv above is almost identical to the character in the film, and you can also see how hilarious and quick witted he is. There are so many lines that he fires out under his breath that crack me up.
Kristen Bell’s audition isn’t nearly as funny, although Jason Segel drops plenty of great lines, but it’s still pretty interesting to see how these improvisational tryouts are conducted. Overall, both clips provide some cool insight into one of the better comedies of the last decade.
And just for good measure, cause no matter how stupid they are, I can’t help but laugh at gag reels:
Editor’s note: I must be getting old, since I forgot that I already posted Russell’s video last year but hell, enjoy the other two clips…
Following up on the first classic battle video, here’s the return of Supa Hot…

This Sunday, we finally bid farewell to Andy Rooney, one of America’s most iconic curmudgeons. A man who has never not looked 92, and who seems to have a bone to pick with everything, probably even bones. A man who stayed on TV so long that he got too old for 60 Minutes. What better way to say goodbye than with this glorious mash-up of his most nonsensical non-sequiturs. Goodnight, sweet rambling, out-of-touch, terrifyingly eyebrowed prince.
Reminds me of this Twitter account I just started following…
Not only do you have Don Cheadle as the legendary Captain Planet, but the one and only Brenda Song makes an appearance…AND the homey from college, James Davis (also known as Baracka Flocka Flames), stars as well. Classic.
Hahahahah…shout to the homey Tone for sending this over. Classic.
