Pull Up Bar

(i hate you.)

For time.  Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.

100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 air squats

Finished in 21:33, which is 5 minutes better than my last time.  Bladow.  I’ll aim for the 20 minute mark next time.  Try this one, it doesn’t get much simpler!  Shout to Foundation CF.
